Tips & Trends | Pantone Colour of the Year (2018) – Ultra Violet

Ultra Violet is the new black. The verdict is in and it is the Pantone colour of the year for 2018. If you don’t know what Pantone is, it’s essentially just the system of colours (codes, coordination, matches, etc) that are typically used most for printing purposes, as well as swatches. In the fashion and home decor world, it has become a great guide to all things colour. Ultra-violet is a passionate shade of purple that I have seen all across the board, from fashion pieces, eyewear, shoes, to home decor/aesthetics. I have gathered an inspiration board, if you will, of some looks that I personally feel really capture the essence of the colour. Enjoy!
